Louboutin Employee Suspected of Stealing Nearly 1.5 Million Euros Worth of Merchandise

File photo dated August 1, 2002 shows La boutique Christian Louboutin in Paris. A young woman employed by luxury brand Louboutin has been brought to court for the theft of over 700 pairs of shoes and 700 pieces of leather goods. The case came to light thanks to a publication on social networks. Photos of previously unseen models, never before presented to the public, alerted the Louboutin teams. The investigation quickly led to the identification of the culprit, a young woman who held a position of responsibility within the company. Investigations revealed a well-honed modus operandi. The employee allegedly took advantage of her position to steal high-value parts, which she then resold on the black market, making substantial profits. Tokyo Electric also had reactor troubles

TOKYO, Japan - Tokyo Electric Power Co.'s Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power plant in Niigata Prefecture. (File photo, taken in August 2002). Tokyo Electric says March 20 that it has unreported problems with reactor control rods at its Fukushima No. 2 nuclear power plant in Fukushima in June 1993 and at the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa plant in April 2000 during regular checkups.
